OBR calls upon subjects to ignore anybody who claims to be King of the whole world

By Rwenzori Daily

Obusinga Rwenzururu has called upon her subjects to completely ignore anybody who claims to be King of the whole world sent by “God.”

The Cultural Institution says it is awash with information that someone called Haruna Kamalha Meso from Kateebwa Sub-county in Bunyangabu district says he is a King of the whole world and so he wants to raise his Kingdom flag.

In a press release this on Thursday evening signed by the Prime Minister of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, the Rt. Hon. Joseph Kule Muranga indicates that although Haruna Kamalha Meso doesn’t claim to be King in the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, it should be noted that there are sixteen (16) cultural institutions in Uganda, which are gazeted, and the Rwenzori region has three including the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, Obukama Bwa Tooro and Obudhingya Bwa Bwamba.

According to Muranga, nobody can claim authority in any parts of Rwenzori region without those three which have been agreed to co-exist.

In a related development, the office of the Rwenzururu Veterans Development Association had earlier issued a statement warning the same person to desist from his intended acts.

A press release signed by the Association’s Chairperson, Noah Nzaghale says this would not be the time for someone to engage in such an act especially when the Rwenzururu Kingdom subjects are eagerly waiting for their King to be pardoned by government.
