LIST: Here Are Bundibugyo Best Performing UCE Schools.

Assessment body Uganda National Board (Uneb) yesterday released results from the 2020 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations citing an improved performance in candidates.

This was disclosed by the Education Minister who noted that despite the Covid-19 pandemic effects, students performed well.

UNEB statistics indicate that the number of overall candidates dropped by 4,324 (-1.3%) from 337,720 in 2019 to 333,396. Of these, 148,128 (44.4%) were USE beneficiaries.

Here are the top performing schools in Bundibugyo District with Nyahuka Parents Secondary School and Christ School Bundibugyo merging as the overall best performers.

Christ School has 10 students in the first and 19 in the second divisions while Nyahuka Parents School got 7 in the first, 15 in second division and 37 in the third division.

Burambagira Secondary School also straggled with 5 students in the first division, 9 in the second and the rest in the third division.
