Nicolas Mateso aged 25 was discovered lifelessly lying on his bed today afternoon by other tenants of observing he had not opened his room since morning. The news for his deaths came hours after yet unidentified man was discovered dead and dumped in Kihalimu cell of Nyakabingo III in the Central Division of Kasese Municipality.

Neckson Baluku, one of the tenants explained to the press that Mateso last evening entered his room when it was raining and locked himself inside as usual. He suspects that he could have been attacked by epilepsy hence leading to his death.

In his remarks, the Central Division L. C III Chairperson, Martin Safari, warned the residents against night lonely movements arguing that the act might put their lives at risk.
