MUBENDE– News reaching our news desk has it that a journalist in Mubende has died shortly after he was involved in an accident.
The deceased has been identified as Sabbiiti Magembe who has been a Nation Media Group correspondent in Mubende district.
“With heavy hearts, we regret to announce the death of Sabbiiti Magembe who has been a NMG correspondent in Mubende District”, Daily Monitor posted.
It was discovered by our reporter that Magembe was on Thursday early morning knocked by a yet to be identified taxi.
According to daily monitor, Magembe died in Mubende Hospital where he was rushed after the accident.
